FIRST STUDENT MANAGEMENT LLC is hiring Part Time School Bus Drivers in Egyptian, IL. You will start mornings with student pickups and transport them home in the afternoons, with occasional field trips. No experience is required as training is provided.

Competitive hourly pay and benefits available, including insurance options and a company 401(k) with match. Split AM/PM routes offer a flexible schedule for weekdays only. CLP/CDL training is provided along with bonuses tied to CLP milestones.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Strong customer service skills and reliability are preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and school district rules.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading at stops; assist students with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus to prevent distractions.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, emergency exits).
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
