First Student is hiring a part-time School Bus Driver in Richmond, VA. You will transport students, with a split shift for before-school pickup and after-school drop-off, plus a few free hours in between.

You must hold a Class A or B license with Passenger, School Bus, and Air Brake endorsements. The role offers $27.50 per hour to start, $16.38 per hour during paid training, and benefits. English proficiency is required for safety and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires Class A or B license with Passenger, School Bus, and Air Brake endorsements.

Responsibilities

• A split shift, which means an early morning before-school pickup and an after-school drop-off with a few free hours in between.
• A guaranteed shift of 6 hours per school day, no working nights or weekends unless you want to
• Additional hours gained through trips and charters when available.
