Job summary

Tri County Transportation is seeking a part-time School Bus Driver to transport students on a split morning/afternoon route in the Cambria Heights School District. You will perform pre-trip inspections, ensure DOT compliance, and manage student behavior safely throughout the route.

Requirements include CDL Class B with school bus passenger and air brake endorsements, a clean driving record, and successful completion of licensing and background checks. Training is provided as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with school bus passenger and air brake endorsements are required.
• Must pass MVR, background checks, clearances, a DOT physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive a school bus on a set morning and afternoon route.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure DOT compliance.
• Maintain safe student behavior and ensure on-time departures/arrivals.
• Complete additional field trips or activities when assigned.
