Caledonia Community School District Transportation Department seeks a Bus Driver or Substitute Bus Driver. The role requires operating school buses, following schedules, and upholding safety policies to transport students in Caledonia, MI.

Starting pay is $22.30 per hour with potential higher rates for prior public school transportation experience. Training and benefits are provided per board policy, with a split shift and CDL requirements.

Formación

• Requires a valid State of Michigan Commercial Driver's License with B-P-S endorsements
• Must meet School Bus Driver requirements per Michigan DOE
• CPR and First-Aid certification required

Responsabilidades

• Drive a school bus to transport students on defined routes and schedules
• Perform pre-trip, mid-trip, and post-trip inspections
• Maintain safety and discipline on the bus and communicate with students and staff

Ability to pass knowledge tests
