First Student, Inc. is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers to transport students safely to and from school and activities in the West Middlesex area. The role includes morning and afternoon routes with potential field trips, along with expert training to become a professional driver.

Paid at $30.00 per hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for fully licensed drivers, and comprehensive benefits. Flexible part-time shifts, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles across locations.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary to become a school bus driver.
• Expert training and guidance to become a safe and professional driver.
• Minimum age 21 years and a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Part-time schedule with split AM/PM routes; no nights, weekends, holidays, or summers required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist students with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus and conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about delays or behavior.
