Job summary

Stargate School seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a school setting for the 2026-2027 year. Under supervision of a licensed SLP, you will deliver therapy and assist educators and families to promote communication skills.

This part-time role (20–25 hours weekly, 9 months) starts at $26.65 per hour and may increase with experience. You will help design engaging lessons, track progress, and ensure compliant practices within the district.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree in Communication Disorders or related SLPA program.
• Current SLPA license or eligibility in Colorado.
• ASHA C-SLPA certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services under licensed SLP supervision.
• Develop and implement engaging therapy plans and activities.
• Collect data and maintain accurate documentation of progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families.
• Prepare materials and adapt activities for diverse needs.
• Maintain a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
