Job summary

TheraPeds Partners in Littleton, Colorado seeks a part-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a school setting. You’ll work with a supervising SLP, engage with teachers and families, and provide direct services on campus.

The position is 2-4 hours weekly, typically 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with compensation at $55.00–$72.50 per hour and a 1099 contract arrangement. Colorado SLPA licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Current SLPA credentials from an ASHA-accredited or otherwise qualifying educational program.
• Valid Colorado Department of Education SLPA authorization required.
• Additional state credentials/licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Assist with student screenings and monitor progress toward goals.
• Coordinate treatment plans with the supervising SLP and school team.
• Communicate with educators, families, and staff; document services accordingly.
• Complete documentation and participate in planning activities.
