Job summary

Qualifications

• Illinois licensure as a board-certified physical therapist is required.
• Must pass the national physical therapy exam.

Responsibilities

• Assess individuals’ performance and implement treatment based on established goals to restore physical function and mobility.
• Serve, communicate, and consult as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain detailed records and compile written progress reports and treatment plans, as needed.
• Provide guidance and training in body mechanics and range of motion activities to parents/guardians, teachers, and caretakers.
• Schedule and monitor rehabilitation services, ensuring evaluations are completed timely.
• Participate in ongoing treatment meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
