Job summary

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' conditions and needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, students, families, the school nurse, learning specialists, and other support staff.
• Develop and propose individualized plans to help students meet their goals.
• Demonstrate therapeutic exercises enabling daily task performance.
• Evaluate environments (home/school) and suggest improvements.
• Educate families on how to support care and accommodations.
• Utilize adaptive equipment as needed and document progress for providers and insurers.
