Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist to deliver school-based services for a local district in Fort Washington, PA. The role offers flexibility (1–2 days per week) with potential for a larger caseload.

You will screen and treat students, contribute to IEP development, and collaborate with teachers and families to support therapy goals. Clinical mentorship and resources are available through our team.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania.
• Clearances for Child Abuse, Federal and State are required.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred; mentorship available for those new to school settings.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen, assess, and evaluate students using appropriate tools.
• Provide individualized and/or group physical therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop/update IEPs.
• Monitor student progress and determine readiness for dismissal from services.
• Collaborate with teachers to support classroom-based implementation strategies.
• Partner with families to support carryover of therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and required records per regulations.
• Ensure compliance with IDEA and other guidelines and policies.
• Stay current with best practices and trends in pediatric physical therapy.
