Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to help children improve their mobility and daily function in the school setting. You will provide high-quality services tailored to each student’s IEPs/504 plans and collaborate with schools on therapy goals.

The role offers a mentorship program, competitive compensation, and strong benefits. A NJ licensure is required, with licensing support provided by PDS as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current State PT license required.
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in at least one state; NJ license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students under IEPs/504 plans to improve mobility and function.
• Perform evaluations and assessments and write clear reports.
• Identify strengths and concerns in gross motor skills and positioning and document findings.
