Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Louisiana OT license.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric OT preferred.
• Able to supervise a COTA.
• Strong communication with students, staff and families.
• Ability to evaluate, develop plans of care, and document services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct OT services to PreK-12 students per IEPs and district guidelines.
• Perform evaluations and participate in eligibility meetings.
• Supervise and support a COTA.
• Provide PreK assessments on Fridays as assigned.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
