Qualifications

• Active and valid Louisiana OT license required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Ability to provide services across multiple locations.
• Experience supervising a COTA is a plus.
• Experience with IEP processes and interdisciplinary teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students across multiple school sites.
• Supervise and support assigned COTA to ensure quality care.
• Conduct thorough assessments and PreK evaluations as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals.
• Document services and maintain records according to state and district standards.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote student independence.
• Travel between sites as part of the regular working schedule.
