Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education required.
• Master's degree in Special Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct O&M evaluations and identify students' needs.
• Teach students to travel safely and independently in familiar and unfamiliar environments.
• Collaborate with teachers on functional vision assessments related to travel.
• Provide instruction aligned with each student’s IEP.
• Consult with families and school staff on strategies for student independence and safety.
• Maintain progress notes, evaluation reports, and IEP documentation.
