Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a part-time Personal Care Assistant to provide behavior services for a local early intervention preschool program in Lansdale, PA. The role requires the ability to work with a student who needs mobility support and experience working with children.

Hours are approximately 9am to 2pm Monday through Friday. We offer competitive rates, a W2 position, and on-site and off-site mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team Leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of behavior experience working with children.
• Child Abuse, State and Federal Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BCBA in implementing behavioral programming. Collect data and write progress notes.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate time management and daily documentation.
• Maintain acceptable attendance per Agency policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
