Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a part-time School Based Therapeutic Aide to provide coverage throughout the district. The role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing plans developed by BCBAs, and collecting data to monitor progress in a supportive school setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, patient, and capable of collaborating with families and school staff to help children reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1:1 ABA therapy in educational or clinical settings.
• Strong communication with children, families, and school staff.
• Able to follow treatment plans created by BCBAs and collect progress data.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Collect data to monitor progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with family training on treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
• Ensure client safety and a positive environment.
