Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a part-time School Based Therapeutic Aide to provide coverage throughout the district. This role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy and supporting BCBA-developed treatment plans in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under supervision.
• Collaborate with BCBA to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support the BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
• Ensure the client is in a safe and positive environment.
