Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring Special Education Therapeutic Aides in part-time and full-time roles in the Baltimore area. These positions provide instructional support, behavior management, and personal care assistance to students under the supervision of a teacher.

Responsibilities

• Instructional Support: Offering instructional services to students under the direct supervision of a teacher.
• Behavior Management: Assisting students in maintaining appropriate behavior by implementing behavior intervention plans and de-escalating undesirable behaviors.
• Personal Care: Providing toileting, feeding, and other personal care assistance to students with physical disabilities.
• Ensure that the student is always in a safe and positive environment.
