Job summary

Amergis is seeking a School Aide to assist students requiring instructional or behavioral support under the supervision of the special education department, teachers and supervising designee. The role may also support students with mobility and therapeutic care needs in La Mesa, CA.

This is a contract, part-time position offering competitive pay and benefits, including health/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) plan, with eligibility based on employment status.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist students requiring instructional and/or behavioral support under supervision.
