Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking a part-time Assistant Teacher in Rocklin, CA to support the planning and implementation of Catalyst's programming for children from infant to school age depending on location.

You will assist in facilitating age-appropriate activities, support social-emotional development, and ensure safety and supervision at all times in a healthy learning environment. Training and growth opportunities are provided within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a group care environment preferred.
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with learning foundations and student interests.
• Maintain enriched, safe, age-appropriate learning environments and experiences for all children.
• Provide excellent customer service by forming authentic, culturally responsive connections with children, families, schools, and center teams.
• Ensure children are supervised, healthy, and safe, complying with health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a professional team environment and support program quality.
