Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. seeks an Assistant Teacher to support planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum for children from infant to school age, depending on location. You will assist with activities, support social-emotional development, and supervise children to ensure safety.

The role is entry-level, requires punctuality, teamwork, and adherence to safety guidelines. Schedule is part-time (Mon-Fri, 1pm–6pm) with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with required education, training, and experience depending on center.
• 6 months of group care experience with a consistent age group preferred.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification preferred.
• Bilingual/multilingual ability may be required by some centers.

Responsibilities

• Support developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Maintain safe, age-appropriate learning environments.
• Provide excellent customer service with authentic relationships to families and staff.
• Ensure supervision and safety during all activities and transitions.
