Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and high-demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung products within a Best Buy store using conversational sales techniques.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products accordingly.
• Build confidence in Samsung products with Best Buy staff and customers.
• Establish partnerships with Best Buy personnel to drive team goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly.
• Provide excellent customer service in interactions with customers and staff.
• Maintain retail brand standards in merchandising, security, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets during new product launches.
• Submit daily sales performance and retail insights reports.
