Avenues Surgery Center in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse for Same Day Surgery, part-time and on-site. The role supports a busy surgical suite across cataracts, ENT, podiatry, ortho, plastics and colorectal.

We operate Tuesday through Friday, with no holidays and no weekends. You will assess patients, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and implement individualized plans of care while ensuring licensure, documentation, and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Current RN License in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in Same Day Surgery required.

Responsabilités

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop plan of care.
• Prepare patients for discharge and follow-up.
• Direct care team to deliver care per plan.
• Evaluate patient response and revise care as needed.
