Job summary

Monaco Salon, a high-end salon in South Tampa, is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team part-time. If you have an eye for beautiful imagery and a passion for building an engaged online community, we'd love to meet you.

Plan, shoot, and edit content in-salon; manage our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook; write captions; interact with followers; coordinate with stylists to showcase client transformations; and help grow our online presence.

Qualifications

Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok with a strong portfolio.
Skilled with smartphone photography and basic video editing.
Excellent writing and captions voice; strong aesthetic sense.

Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content in-salon (transformations, reels, tutorials).
Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook with a posting schedule.
Write engaging captions and track platform trends.
Interact with followers and grow online community.
Coordinate with stylists to capture client transformations.
Track engagement and adjust content strategy.
Support promotions, events, and email/social campaigns.
