JOB SUMMARY

Assists Store Management with in-store supervision, including directing personnel. Provides effective leadership to all associates and displays the highest level of customer service. This position functions as a frontline member of the Retail Store Leadership Team at our NEW STORE coming soon to Chandler Fashion Mall, Chandler, AZ.

• Greets and assists guests in selecting and purchasing merchandise.
• Resolves guest issues effectively.
• Keeps supervisor informed of product, guest, and personnel issues.
• Monitors and approves guest returns in accordance with retail policies.
• Monitors associates' guest service levels and provides feedback as needed.
• Utilizes GUESTS program when interacting with guests on the sales floor or phone, and when handling guest-owned jewelry.
• Prepares and reviews supply orders from the JAC warehouse and other items through the appropriate purchasing channels.
• Performs leadership responsibilities for store opening and closing duties.
• Provides leadership and training to associates, emphasizing guest service and sales. Coordinates regular and seasonal training, delegates assignments.
• Assists in the annual inventory process, ensuring compliance with procedures. Participates in cycle counting, inventory adjustments, shipping, and receiving. Notifies relevant parties of inventory issues.
• Participates in store meetings and assists with company events and promotions.
• Develops team-building activities and monitors product trends, communicating changes to District Manager.

Product Care:

• Operates all service equipment and trains staff accordingly.
• Ensures product care services meet operational standards.

Visual Merchandising:

• Performs staging, setup, maintenance, and replacement of display items following visual guidelines.
• Assists in maintaining overall store presentation standards.

Additional responsibilities include processing employee purchases, ensuring security procedures, reviewing schedules, and maintaining communication and safety standards.

OTHER DUTIES:

• Leads in the absence of other leadership team members.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders and collaborates across teams.
• Assists in other areas as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ years retail/customer service experience preferred. Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
