Job description

JOB SUMMARY

Assists Store Management with in-store supervision, including directing personnel. Provides effective leadership to all associates and displays the highest level of customer service. This position functions as a front-line member of the Retail Store Leadership Team at our NEW STORE coming soon to Chandler Fashion Center, Chandler, AZ.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet and assist guests in selecting and purchasing merchandise.
  2. Resolve guest issues effectively.
  3. Keep supervisor informed of product, guest, and personnel issues.
  4. Monitor and approve guest returns in accordance with retail policies.
  5. Monitor associates' guest service levels and provide feedback.
  6. Utilize GUESTS program when interacting with guests and handling guest-owned jewelry.
  7. Prepare and review supply orders from the JAC warehouse and other channels.
  8. Perform leadership duties for store opening and closing.
  9. Provide leadership and training to associates, focusing on guest service and sales.
  10. Assist in inventory processes, including cycle counting and adjustments.
  11. Participate in store meetings and company events.
  12. Develop team-building activities.
  13. Monitor product trends and communicate changes to District Manager.
Product Care
  • Operate all service equipment and train staff accordingly.
  • Ensure product care services meet operational standards.
Visual Merchandising
  • Stage, set up, maintain, and replace display items per guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining overall store presentation standards.
Additional Duties
  • Process employee purchases and create employee schedules in the absence of leadership.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed and safety regulations adhered to.
  • Communicate effectively and maintain organizational skills.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must pass background and drug screenings.
