Job summary

Fastenal is seeking a Part-time Sales Support at our Charleroi, PA branch. The role assists customers, handles inventory, and processes orders, with deliveries using a company vehicle. You’ll work up to 28 hours per week in a fast-paced, entry-level environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, pursuing or holding a Business/Marketing degree, with strong communication, computer skills and a sales mindset. You must be physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and pass a drug screen where required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Pursuing a degree in Business/Marketing OR related industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Sales-oriented and self-motivated.
• Core values: ambition, integrity, teamwork.
• Lift, slide, carry 25–50 lbs (up to 75 lbs).
• Pass drug screen where required in the US.
