5.11 Tactical in Richfield, MN is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Shift Lead) to lead daily store operations and coach associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to uphold merchandising standards, drive a high-energy environment, and foster a culture of teamwork and performance throughout the store. This role offers growth potential in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.

The Sales Supervisor, (known in our stores as a Shift Lead), works with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high-energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. You’ll lead by example, tackle challenges head-on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Pay Range:$16.35-$19.00 per hour
