Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a Sales Supervisor (full-time) in Leesburg, VA to support the management team and lead the sales floor when managers are away. You will guide the team, ensure excellent service, and coordinate daily store operations.

The role requires 2–3 years retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
