Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a Sales Supervisor (full-time) to support management, lead a retail team, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role includes training, floor management, merchandising, and collaboration with store leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of retail experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities
