Job summary

5.11, Inc. is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Store Shift Lead) to partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to exceed customer expectations and drive a high-energy store environment.

You will lead by example, tackle challenges, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, results-driven setting. This role offers growth opportunities within the company.

The Sales Supervisor, (known in our stores as a Shift Lead), works with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high-energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. You’ll lead by example, tackle challenges head-on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Pay Range:$15.50-$18.00 per hour
