LOFT in Canton, OH is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the brand ambassador and guide customers through personalized styling journeys. You’ll keep the floor organized and collaborate with teammates to create welcoming, delightfully personalized experiences for every guest.

You’ll leverage product knowledge, hospitality mindset, and POS skills to drive loyalty while upholding visual and operational standards in a busy, omnichannel environment.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
