Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate mechanical details into clear recommendations, and sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services. You will act as the liaison between customer and technician, build lasting relationships, perform visual inspections, document findings, and help keep showroom and inventory standards.

With 1–3 years in automotive service sales and a flexible weekend schedule, you’ll join a results-focused team with growth

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit
• Valid driver’s license + ability to lift 70 lbs
• Hungry to learn, grow, and lead
• Flexible availability, including weekends
