Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Auburn, CA is seeking a Service Advisor to join our results-focused team. You will greet guests, act as the liaison between customer and technician, and translate mechanical issues into clear recommendations while delivering world-class service.

With 1–3 years in automotive service sales, you’ll sell tires, repairs, warranties and services, perform visual inspections, and help maintain showroom standards. Weekend availability is a plus as we keep customers moving.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or related retail automotive roles.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust with customers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible weekend availability to serve customers when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience.
• Bridge communication between customer and technician, translating needs into recommendations.
• Confidently upsell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.
• Perform visual inspections and document findings.
• Build lasting relationships that convert guests into lifelong customers.
