Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a part-time Sales Receptionist in Allentown, PA. You will be the first friendly face for clients, handling front desk duties, scheduling, and client relations as you support the clinic team in achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Administrative and/or sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, with ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage front desk responsibilities.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain client records.
• Support medical staff with treatment room maintenance and coordination.
• Collaborate with clinic team to achieve monthly sales goals and drive client satisfaction.
