Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate in Miami to connect with customers, deliver remarkable results, and help clients design products for their space. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process to close sales.

You will work in a fast-paced, customer-first environment, building lasting relationships, driving loyalty, and representing Lovesac with integrity.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to travel to local stores and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process.
• Drive results by building genuine connections that fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own your customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity and adaptability to uncover needs and close sales.
