Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and identify customer needs.
• Promote Scheels Visa Credit Card and products to meet sales goals.
• Create a positive in-store experience and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Assist in freight processing and inventory restocking; operate inventory scanners.
