Claire’s in Reno, NV is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and learn piercing procedures with a POS system. You will help maintain an organized, on-trend store and engage customers in fashion-forward interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager by motivating the team and sharing sales tips.
• Represent Claire's brand and stay updated on fashion trends.
• Oversee store operations from inventory to cash handling and promotions.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire’s purchases on social media.
