Job summary

Claire’s is seeking a Part-Time Manager to drive sales and deliver standout customer experiences at our Camp Hill store. You’ll lead the team, upsell accessories, and execute in-store promotions to boost revenue in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role includes coaching on piercing services, visual merchandising, cash handling, and inventory control, with emphasis on teamwork, integrity, and customer delight. Prior retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to upsell and promote promos.
• Comfort with handling cash and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting promos.
• Lead store team and support the Store Manager.
• Maintain organized displays and a clean, safe selling space.
• Oversee inventory and cash handling.
