• Team Collaboration: Support your Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe.
• Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and trends to help customers find their perfect style and boost sales.
• Store Operations: Oversee operations including inventory, cash handling, merchandising, and promotional activities.
