What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but performance incentives are possible. No previous experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or can earn through a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback ensures income even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have been training successful salespeople for over 40 years. The skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or sales professional roles.

Work Schedule and Environment
