Responsibilities

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, though incentives may be available based on performance. No previous experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with a potential commission structure based on performance. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Development

With over 40 years of training success, we help our reps develop sales, networking, and communication skills valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule

We assist our reps in creating flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments such as classes, other jobs, or family obligations. Talk to the manager about our summer work program. Sales reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in the office.
