What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, though incentives based on performance are possible. No previous experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with additional commission potential based on performance. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback ensures income even during off weeks.

Experience and Skills

We have over 40 years of experience training individuals for success. Even if one doesn't stay long-term, the sales, networking, and communication skills gained are valuable across fields. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Schedule and Work Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most meetings and training are held in the office, but after training, reps work from home and locally.
