Working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, with potential incentives based on performance. No previous experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $20.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

With over 40 years of experience, we help our reps develop sales, networking, and communication skills valuable in any field. Long-term reps can explore management and professional sales career paths.

Work Schedule and Environment

We tailor schedules to individual needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most meetings and training are held in the office, with work from home and local opportunities after training.
