Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission. There is potential to earn more, with a guaranteed income even during off weeks.

With over 40 years of training success, our program helps develop sales, networking, and communication skills valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or advanced sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help create flexible schedules to accommodate different commitments. Sales reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in the office.
