NORMAN’S in Germantown, MD is seeking a Part Time Sales Leader to support daily store operations and deliver a memorable customer experience. The role focuses on coaching staff, maintaining displays, and driving sales with excellent product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, previous retail supervisory exposure, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A flexible schedule and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and managerial support in the absence of the store manager and assistant store manager.
• Assist management in developing and training staff on new products and processes.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions on products and promotions.
• Learn and use the register system to ensure a positive checkout experience.
