Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions on the sales floor and provide knowledge to customers.
• Meet store enrollment and sales goals.
• Supervise staff in the absence of the store manager and assistant store manager.
• Learn and operate the register system for a smooth checkout experience.
• Restock and maintainDisplays as directed by management.
