Norman’s Hallmark at Congressional Plaza, Rockville, MD is seeking a Part Time Sales Leader to help deliver a caring, personal shopping experience. You will be on the sales floor, answer questions, train teammates, and support store leadership to meet goals.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior retail supervisory experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends; you must be comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Prior retail supervisory exposure.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our CARE program into store culture to drive retail sales by connecting with customers.
• Provide supervision and training for staff on products and processes.
• Offer knowledge on merchandise and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Support management in achieving store goals and handling operational tasks.
• Maintain and restock displays and learn the register system for a smooth checkout.
