Carter’s is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager who will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, explain product features, and help families navigate from preemie to size 14. Lead by example, coach others, and maintain an inclusive, high-service environment on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes omni-channel excellence, strong communication, and the ability to balance multiple tasks while supporting store operations and customer satisfaction.

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to success while modeling service standards and omni-channel experience.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Use customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs, including credit.
