You’ll coach a team to deliver exceptional service, maintain a positive sales floor, and drive results through a focused business area while balancing part-time hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate moments from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, driving results and timely resolutions.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs and credit offers.
• Provide timely feedback to store team and raise performance concerns as needed.
• Support asset protection with consistent service, safety and controls.
